Operating Protocol
VECTORA ("The System") is an advanced AI-powered intelligence aggregation interface. It utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) including but not limited to Google Gemini, Groq (Llama/Mixtral), and Cerebras to process user queries.
By accessing or using VECTORA, you acknowledge that you are interacting with non-deterministic probabilistic models, not a human expert.
VECTORA explicitly disclaims any liability for errors, inaccuracies, or misleading outputs generated by the underlying AI models. System outputs should NOT be used as the sole basis for:
- Medical diagnoses or treatment advice.
- Legal counsel or binding agreements.
- Financial investment decisions.
- Life-critical safety operations.
VECTORA operates on a stateless architecture for privacy:
- We do not permanently store your queries or uploaded documents on VECTORA servers.
- Data is transiently passed to respective API providers (Google, Groq, Cerebras) for processing.
- By using the service, you consent to your inputs being processed by these third-party entities in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
You agree NOT to use VECTORA for:
- Generating illegal, hate speech, or malicious content.
- Reverse engineering the prompt injection defenses.
- Uploading confidential, classified, or sensitive Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
The interface, design system, and "VECTORA" branding are proprietary assets. Content generated by the AI is subject to the terms of the underlying model providers, generally granting the user ownership of the output, subject to fair use and non-infringement laws.
Access to VECTORA is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or terminate access for any IP address suspected of abuse, DDoS attacks, or violation of these terms.
